First in Care understand that a diagnosis of Dementia can be a frightening and intimidating experience. We also know that with the correct support and care, our clients can remain living at home for as long as possible, whilst enjoying the happy and active life that they choose.
We support our clients to remain in their homes, enabling them to maintain their routines amongst the familiarity and memories of home.
First in Care can provide live-in care or visiting care on a schedule to meet our client's needs.
Our carers offer emotional support and reassurance to our clients, as well as being able to provide personal and palliative care, depending on our client's requirements.
We are sensitive to our client's life experiences and cultural preferences in our duty to help enhance their quality of life.
We can provide a range of support services that are person-centred and designed to reflect the individuality of the people we support. Our support and care services build on people’s strengths and abilities to maximise their independence.
Our goal is to ensure our clients can live independently at home for as long as they can.
With the correct support in place from our carers, involving friends/family and communicating with local services, we are confident in creating a supportive and comfortable service for every client.
